Track and Trace

The latest Government initiative to try to ‘break the chains of transmission of coronavirus’ includes a Test and Trace app which became live today (Thursday, 24th September 2020).

As a leisure business, we have been instructed to register and display an NHS QR code poster for berth holders and visitors to use to check in. Although you are under no legal obligation to download and use the App, if you choose not to, you are required to ‘check in’ with the marina office.

Your visit (name, contact number and time of visit) will be logged for a minimum of 21 days and this information will be held in strict confidence.

The QR posters have been displayed across the marina in various locations including the main gate, office, quayside toilets, the barrier, Basin B notice board, Basin C notice board, the pump out and the fuel pontoons.

Please note that the government has not produced marina specific guidance however The Yacht Harbour Association (the specialist marina association of British Marine) has provided us with advice on the approach we should take on this issue.
