Marina Manager
Lisa Harris CMM
"I started my time at Shepperton Marina as the Office Administrator and over the last five years have worked up to my current position. I have worked in marina's for the past 17 years and am extremely passionate about the industry. I believe Shepperton Marina - being a family run business - offers the right balance of professionalism with a strong feel of a friendly / family environment. Growing up by the river and being constantly around boats from a young age, I have an extensive knowledge of the local area and enjoy discussing with our customers their local boat trips and experiences. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family, and enjoy cruising up and down the Thames on our boat".
Lisa is trained in Health and Safety, First aid, Fire Safety and River Safety and is a Certified Marina Manager.

I joined Shepperton Marina in August 2024 and was immediately drawn to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Both the staff and fellow moorers have made me feel right at home. With experience working as an administrator for various marinas along the Thames since 2017, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the marine industry and continue to learn and grow within it. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family.
Kelly is Health and Safety and First Aid Trained.

I have recently taken the helm as Boat Sales Manager for Boat Showrooms, which is very exciting indeed. So a bit about me...... I have spent my entire career in customer facing sales roles, firstly for a decade in the motor industry and for the past 8 years in the marine industry, representing a number of highly desirable brands, developing long standing relationships and helping to make peoples aspirations and dreams become reality. It's a privilege to begin my next chapter with Boat Showrooms, one of the longest standing and most highly respected names in the marine sector.

I joined the administration team in July 2023 having spent over twenty years as a Custody Officer. As ‘front of house’ I am here to meet and greet you when you visit the Marina office, whether that is for support or purely to say ‘hello’. I do not have a Marine background but wanted a change of career and an opportunity to develop new skills. I have learnt so much about the River already and enjoy researching about different makes and models of boats.

I joined the team at Shepperton in 2024 and am really enjoying my time here. I am relishing getting to be able to learn more about the different varieties of boats as well as the river Thames. The berth holders and Marina team make Shepperton Marina a lovely place to be! I am loving getting to go out in the Marina on our Whaly and hearing about our customers time on the water.
Isla is trainer in Fire Safety and First Aid.
Dockmaster
Mikey
I joined Shepperton Marina in early March 2023 as a Dockmaster. After spending 15 years in the Yacht Charter industry in Thailand, working in various roles, from Skippering and delivering boats within South east Asia to teaching the joys of independent sailing. I have now come back to the UK to start a new chapter in my life, within this beautiful region of Surrey and, of course, the amazing team we have at Shepperton Marina.

Dockmaster
Jayde
I joined the team in November 2024 as Dockmaster alongside Mikey and to date, have found it a really enjoyable place to work. I have learnt a lot about the day-to-day marina life and enjoy bumping into customers during the daily rounds. I am also currently training for banksman to aid in lifting customers boats, making my day-to-day role varied and interesting. I have also completed my inland waterways boating course and are ready to assist in taking your lines if you need me to.
Jayde is trained in Fire Safety, First Aid, Inland Helmsman and soon to be Banksman.
Head Groundsman
Steve
Steve joined the Shepperton Marina team in November 2019 having previously spent over 16 years in retail. His love of the outdoors in particular horticulture led him to his new position. He is responsible for maintaining the grounds, developing green areas and ensuring they are clean and safe for moorers to enjoy. Steve loves to talk about how the team manage our grounds and our future plans whilst hearing moorers experiences both on the River and whilst visiting the Marina.
Steve is trained in First Aid and Fire Safety.
Marina Services Operator
Darryl
"I have worked for Shepperton Marina since April 2008. Before that I worked on the river at Gibbs Marine and at Walton Marina. My role within Shepperton Marina is Marina Services; I deal with the day-to-day running of the marina including dealing with the craning department and the hard standing. I have worked on or around the River Thames for the past 25 years; I love everything about the river, from being on it or sometimes in it"!
Darryl is trained in First aid, Fire Safety and River Safety.

"Shepperton Marina is prized for its tranquil location, quality facilities and close proximity to historical landmarks like Hampton Court, the hustle and bustle of Richmond and Kingston and is only three locks away from the tidal Thames. I started boating on the Thames in the late ‘60’s and have been in the marine business ever since. As well as the Thames I have experience of waters around the UK and the Mediterranean. I look forward to meeting and advising both new purchasers and owners alike. Our mission at Shepperton Marina is to ensure that we have a wide selection of well presented boats available for sale that will satisfy even the most discerning clients. We look forward to welcoming you to Shepperton in the near future".

Yacht Broker
Harry
Harry has recently joined the team here at Boat Showrooms as a qualified Yacht Broker. He has grown up on and around boats and spent many family holidays on the Thames. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his project boat and previously worked at another local boat sales operation as a Trainee Broker and Yard Assistant. Harry is taking over the social media side of Boat Showrooms and has recently taken charge of the Company Drone purchased. He has his drone licence and is looking forward to capturing clear aerial videos and photos of the boats for sale!
